How to use the yoga bolster

A few simple ways to get started:

• Under your knees, lying on your back, to release your lower body over a few slow breaths.
• Lengthwise, under your back with your arms open, for a gentle chest-opening pose.
• Under your hips or chest, during restorative yoga poses, for comfortable support.

Caring for your linen bolster
