Three types of construction

With a removable cover

The Cotton, Winter, Kids and Two-person models combine a weighted insert with a removable cover attached by ties. The Premium uses a zip. The advantage: the cover can be washed separately at 40 °C and swapped with the seasons thanks to our weighted blanket cover.

All-in-one, no cover

The Summer, Sensory, Soft, Linen and Travel models are made as a single piece. No cover slipping around, no zip to deal with, and they go straight into the washing machine at 30 °C. On the other hand, they cannot be used with an extra cover.

The weighted duvet

The weighted duvet (also called a weighted comforter) combines the loft of a duvet with the weight of a blanket. It replaces your duvet in autumn and winter and slips into a duvet cover of the same size. Our article Weighted duvet or weighted blanket explains the differences.

Which weighted blanket should you choose for your profile?

You often get hot at night

Go for breathable fabrics and thinner models. The Summer weighted blanket, in two-sided cotton, suits summer, the in-between seasons and heated bedrooms. The Linen weighted blanket, in 100% linen, is designed for warm nights, with a single weight of 5.5 kg. The Cotton model remains a good option all year round. You feel the cold

The Winter weighted blanket, with its cotton and velvet cover and thick padding, is made for autumn and winter. The weighted duvet is the alternative if you want one product instead of your usual duvet. Find them both in the winter weighted blanket selection.

You are highly sensitive to touch or noise

The Sensory weighted blanket was designed with no cover and no zip: no zipper noise, no cover shifting around. Use it on its own, under or over a duvet. You share your bed

A single blanket with an even weight does not suit two people of different builds. The two-person weighted blanket combines two 135 × 200 cm inserts, each weighted for its own sleeper, which you can join together or use separately. Another option: two individual blankets.

You travel or mostly use it on the sofa

The Travel weighted blanket measures 110 × 170 cm, weighs 5 kg and folds easily. Its two-sided velvet makes it just as pleasant on the sofa as on the go.

For a child

The Kids weighted blanket comes in three sizes and five weights, from 3 to 7 kg. Essential rules: never under 3 years old or under 15 kg, the child must be able to remove the blanket on their own, and an adult should check the weight. You are on a tight budget

The Travel model starts at $99.90. In a standard adult size, the Summer model and the weighted duvet start at $139.90, and the Cotton model at $149.90. At the other end of the range, the Premium weighted blanket (from $299.90) stands out with its insert of secured steel beads and its two interchangeable covers.

Our advice for a first weighted blanket

If you are new to weighted blankets and do not know where to start, the Cotton model in 135 × 200 cm is the most versatile starting point: breathable, usable all year round, with a washable cover. Choose the weight closest to 10% of your body weight, and go for the lighter one if in doubt. You have 30 nights to try it, and a weight exchange is still possible.
