Weighted Blanket 10 kg
The 10 kg weighted blanket is designed for a body weight of 100 to 109 kg. It is available in the Winter, Premium, Sensory and for-two models. At this weight, construction matters as much as the weight itself: how the beads are distributed, the type of cover, how easy it is to wash. Prices start at $159.90 for the Sensory in 135 × 200 cm.

Blanket weight and body weight: the maths
At about 10% of body weight, 10 kg corresponds to 100 to 109 kg. At 104 kg, you stay with 10 kg rather than rounding up. If you are new to weighted blankets, or want a lighter heavy blanket, 9 kg (Cotton, Summer, Soft) or 8 kg (in these four models) are sensible starting points.

What changes with a heavy inner blanket
The heavier the blanket, the more you notice how the weight is distributed. In the Premium, the stainless steel beads are fixed and the inner blanket does not shift inside the cover. The Winter pairs this weight with thick padding, making it a heavy, warm blanket for autumn and winter. The Sensory does away with the cover and zip: no noise, nothing slipping, just one piece to wash at 30 °C maximum.
- Fold the inner blanket before carrying it rather than pulling it by one corner.
- Check your washing machine’s capacity before washing; air dry only, never tumble dry.
- Premium: wash the inner blanket at 30 °C, with a gentle spin or none, and do not iron.

Frequently asked questions
Isn't 10 kg too heavy for a blanket?
For someone weighing 100 to 109 kg, 10 kg follows the rule of about 10% of body weight. The person must always be able to remove it on their own without effort. If in doubt, choose the lighter weight: you can exchange it for another weight if the feeling isn’t right for you.
Which 10 kg weighted blanket stays most stable on the body?
The Premium: it is our only model with stainless steel beads fixed in the inner blanket, which does not shift inside its zipped cover. It starts at $299.90 in 135 × 200 cm.
I weigh 106 kg and prefer a duvet: which one?
The 10.5 kg weighted duvet is recommended from 105 kg. It is a white quilted duvet, sold without a cover, with the softness of a classic duvet, in 135 × 200 or 150 × 220 cm.
