Weighted Neck and Shoulder Wrap

After a long day in front of a screen, it feels good to have a soft weight settle on your shoulders. The weighted neck wrap, also called a weighted shoulder wrap, naturally follows the shape of your neck and upper back for a sense of release and grounding. Use it sitting down, during a break, while reading or in a quiet moment, at home or at the office. It comes in three sizes, for adults and children alike.

Design and materials

The top is soft velvet and the underside is breathable cotton, against your skin. Inside, glass microbeads and an insulating layer spread the weight so the wrap stays in place without slipping or restricting your movement. The materials are entirely plant-based (no animal-derived materials) and each wrap is handmade in Europe.

Which weighted neck wrap size should you choose?

The size depends on the user’s body weight. If you’re torn between two sizes, choose the lighter one.

For a child, an adult checks the weight and stays nearby; the child must be able to remove the wrap on their own. The wrap is not suitable for children under 3 years old or under 15 kg. All three sizes are the same price: $76.90.

How to use it

Sit comfortably with your back supported and place the wrap around the back of your neck, letting both ends fall over your shoulders. Keep it on for a few minutes to begin with, during a break, while reading or at the end of the day, then adjust the time to how it feels. It is easy to keep near your desk or sofa, ready whenever you want it.

Care

Machine wash the wrap at a low temperature, 30 °C recommended, on a delicate cycle without a high spin. Let it dry naturally, flat or hanging. Ironing is not recommended, to protect the materials and keep the microbeads evenly distributed.

Neck wrap, lap pad or eye pillow?

The neck wrap targets the neck and shoulders. For pressure on the lap or chest, the weighted lap pad goes wherever you want it. For the forehead or eyes, the weighted eye pillow offers lighter pressure. All three together make up the weighted work-from-home set, priced lower than buying them separately.
