Winter Weighted Blankets
When the nights turn cold, a weighted blanket can become a genuinely warm layer. This selection brings together our velvet, plush and padded models: the Winter with its thick padding, the weighted duvet that replaces your regular duvet, the Premium with its velvet cover, and the Soft and Travel for the sofa. A buckwheat heat pack and a velvet cover complete the range.
Winter blanket or weighted duvet?
These are the two warmest choices, but they are not used in the same way.
- Winter blanket: removable cotton and velvet cover, thick padding, from 6 to 12 kg, in 135 × 200 cm ($219.90) or 150 × 220 cm ($259.90). It adds to your bedding, over or under your duvet.
- Weighted duvet: white quilted duvet with a cotton shell and an insulating layer, from 2.5 to 10.5 kg, from $139.90. It replaces your regular duvet and is sold without a cover.

The feel of velvet and plush
- Premium: all-season cover in velvet or plush (dark grey, blue, olive yellow), interchangeable with a summer cotton cover. Stainless steel beads fixed in the inner blanket. From 6 to 12 kg, from $299.90.
- Soft: one plush side, one cotton side, from 5 to 11 kg, 135 × 200 cm, $179.90.
- Travel: double-sided velvet, 5 kg, 110 × 170 cm, $99.90. Compact and easy to fold, it comes with you to the sofa or on your travels.
Extras for winter
- The velvet cover (grey, Poseidon blue, yellow, pink) fits the Cotton, Winter and Kids blankets or the weighted duvet thanks to its tie loops.
- The buckwheat heat pack (25 × 16 × 4 cm, 0.5 kg), with a cotton, linen and velvet outer, in orange, pink or natural linen.
Choosing the weight in winter
A winter blanket does not need to be heavier: the rule is still about 10% of body weight. The Winter and the Premium come in 6, 8, 10 and 12 kg; if your ideal weight is 7 kg, take 6 kg. Remember too that a warm layer adds to the weight: if you put the Winter over a duvet, make sure you don’t get too hot. In spring, switch to our summer selection.
Frequently asked questions
Do you need a heavier blanket in winter?
No. The weight is chosen for your body, not the season: about 10% of body weight, and the lighter one if in doubt. What changes in winter is the fabric: velvet, plush or padding, as on the Winter blanket or the weighted duvet.
Does the weighted duvet come with a cover?
No, the weighted duvet is sold without a cover. It works with a cover of the same size with ties, such as our velvet or cotton cover in 135 × 200 or 150 × 220 cm. It washes at 30 °C on a delicate cycle; check your machine’s capacity first.
Can the Winter blanket go over a duvet?
Yes, the Winter can be used over or under your duvet. Its padding is already thick: if you get warm quickly, try it on its own first. If you prefer a single layer, the weighted duvet replaces your duvet directly.
