Between two weights, take the lighter one.
Under 30 kg: kids' range, from age 3 and 15 kg. The child must be able to take the blanket off on their own. If in doubt, ask a healthcare professional for advice.
11 kg: between 110 and 119 kg
Applying the rule of about 10% of body weight, 11 kg is meant for someone weighing 110 to 119 kg. If you weigh 112 kg and are switching from a regular blanket, there is no need to go straight to the top of the range: 9 kg in these models, or 10 kg in others, makes for a gentler transition.

The Cotton is the most adaptable: the cover comes off and washes at 40 °C, and the inner blanket is attached with tie loops. The Summer avoids feeling too warm thanks to double-sided cotton and no cover. The Soft puts the feel first, with its plush side, but comes in 135 × 200 cm only.
Choosing between 11 and 12 kg
Do you weigh 120 kg or more? The recommended weight becomes 12 kg, our maximum, available in the 12 kg collection. Set on the Winter, Premium or Sensory but weigh 110 to 119 kg? These models do not come in 11 kg: take the next lighter weight available, 10 kg, shown in the 10 kg collection. The 10.5 kg weighted duvet is another option for winter.
Size, handling and washing
- If you are taller than about 1.80 m, go for 150 × 220 cm (Cotton at $179.90, Summer at $159.90).
- Fold an 11 kg blanket before moving it; avoid lifting it by one corner.
- Wash the Summer, the Soft and the Cotton’s inner blanket at 30 °C, air dry, no tumble dryer.

Is the 11 kg Cotton machine washable?
Yes. The 100% cotton cover comes off and washes at 40 °C. The inner blanket goes in at 30 °C on a delicate cycle with a low spin, then dries flat or in the open air, never in a tumble dryer. First check that your machine can take this weight.
I weigh 118 kg: 11 or 12 kg?
Between 110 and 119 kg, the recommended weight is 11 kg. 12 kg is for people weighing 120 kg or more. When you are between two weights, the rule is to keep the lighter one.
Which 11 kg weighted blanket for a tall person?
The Cotton or the Summer in 150 × 220 cm, for adults taller than about 1.80 m or who like to be well covered. The Cotton works all year round, the Summer on warm nights. The Soft comes in 135 × 200 cm only.
