  • 135 × 200 cm: the standard size for one adult, available in most models.
  • 150 × 220 cm: for people taller than about 1.80 m or who like to be well covered, still for one person.
  • 120 × 190 cm (Linen) and 110 × 170 cm (Travel): for petite builds or the sofa.
  • 270 × 200 cm: for two, see the weighted blankets for two.

Our size guide explains why a weighted blanket should not hang over the bed.

The way you sleep points to the model

  • You often feel hot: Summer, Linen or Cotton.
  • You love the feel of velvet: Winter, Soft, or Premium with its all-season cover.
  • You prefer a single layer on the bed: the weighted duvet, which replaces your regular duvet.
  • You are sensitive to noise or slipping covers: the Sensory, with no zip.

Your first weighted blanket: our advice

If the idea is new to you, start light. The 2.5 kg weighted duvet gives a very light feeling, and the Cotton blanket goes down to 3 kg in 135 × 200 cm. You have a 30-night trial and a weight exchange if the weight doesn’t suit you. Safety precautions are gathered in our article risks and precautions.

Frequently asked questions

What weight of weighted blanket for a 70 kg adult?

For 70 to 79 kg, the recommended weight is 7 kg, available in the Cotton, Summer and Soft models. If you prefer a model that does not come in 7 kg, such as the Winter or the Premium, take the next lighter weight available, which is 6 kg.

Is a 12 kg blanket too heavy?

12 kg is our heaviest weight, recommended from a body weight of 120 kg. Below that, it goes beyond the 10% rule. Even if you like firm pressure, stay within your range and change weight through the exchange if needed.

Weighted blanket in 135 × 200 or 150 × 220 cm?

135 × 200 cm covers the body of most adults and works for one person even on a 160 cm bed. 150 × 220 cm is for people taller than about 1.80 m or who like to be well covered. Both sizes are still single blankets.
