This selection sorts our weighted blankets by these three criteria, from cotton to linen and plush, with two accessories for the face and hands. Everyone experiences them differently: trust your own sensations.
Texture: what touches your skin
- Cotton: the Sensory is made entirely of cotton, and the Cotton has a double-sided 100% cotton cover.
- Linen: the Linen blanket is reversible 100% linen, with a drier, cooler feel.
- Plush: the Soft combines a plush side and a cotton side; you choose the side that suits your mood.
- Velvet or cotton, your choice: the Premium takes an all-season velvet cover or a summer cotton cover.
Noise and movement
For people bothered by small noises, the zip matters. The Sensory, the Linen and the Soft are all-in-one models: no cover, no zip. The Premium does have a zip, but it is the only model whose beads, made of stainless steel, are fixed in the inner blanket: the weight does not shift during the night, which makes it worth considering if the feeling of a moving weight bothers you.
Heat

Face and hands: headband and lap pad
The weighted headband (73 × 10 cm, about 300 g, plush and velvet) rests over the eyes or the forehead. The weighted lap pad, from 1 to 3 kg, sits on your knees while you read or work, without covering your whole body.

Which weighted blanket has no zip?
The all-in-one models have no cover and no zip: the Sensory, the Linen and the Soft, as well as the Summer and the Travel. If the noise of a zip bothers you, the Sensory, in cotton and available from 4 to 12 kg, is the most versatile.
Do the beads move around inside the blanket?
In our blankets, the glass microbeads are spread across stitched pockets. The Premium goes further: its stainless steel beads are fixed in the inner blanket, which does not shift. It is the model to choose if the feeling of a moving weight bothers you.
Which fabric should I choose if I often get too hot?
Linen and cotton are the best fit. The Linen blanket, in reversible 100% linen, is designed for spring and summer; the Cotton is breathable all year round. In that case, avoid velvet covers and the plush side of the Soft.
